alegria
cirque du soliel is always worth every penny, and alegria was no different. it was not my favorite of the shows that i've seen - but it was incredible nonetheless.
the clowns were heartbreakingly human, the acrobats stupendously inhuman, and there were performers that fell everywhere in between. the set design was staggering, the music was live and haunting. my mouth frozen open for nearly three hours in a smile.
see it, and feel like a child again.
