it cracks me up that the first non-me comment that i get on my blog is an anonymous question regarding sorbet. seriously - it made me laugh out loud! so, here goes....

dear anonymous -

when it comes to serving (or more importantly, eating) frozen sweet delights, i avoid the sorbet at all costs. why, you ask? simply because i am obsessed with dairy goodness.

while yes, i have eaten sorbets in all of their splendor, i always felt myself wishing for ice cream instead.

but if i had to make a recommendation, i would scour the likes of the food network website and look for a recipe from emeril or ina garten - i have never had a failure or less than fabulous result with their recipes.
